This application is superb for analysing both WiFi and mobile network connection issues. The UI looks a little daunting but it is actually very easy to use, there are so many statistics to look at, many of them are way too technical for me. If you want to test your signal strength this is a great application.

Informative signal strength and AP roaming information. Heat map is nice (and export / integrating with a floor plan would be welcome additions). Within minutes, I discovered one AP had terrible signal even in the same room, and that one wall was a much bigger signal blocker than my floors.
